SDK 31 requires a newer Node runtime

submitProject is still configured as node-16.0 in appwrite.config.json:606, while this SDK declares node >=20 (and depends on Undici 6, which requires Node 18+). The function will therefore run this dependency on an unsupported runtime, so deployment or its Appwrite API calls can fail; please align the function runtime with the SDK or keep a Node 16-compatible SDK.
