binaries-2026-07-05_05-38fell out of the retention window (kept 3) and its release now 404s, breakingsyncNativeArtifactson every build. Bump the pin to the current release (manifest + cacert regenerated via the sync) and raise retention to 6 (~6 weeks) to reduce recurrence.
