…Regions Rework the Maps landing (Get More / wizard content step): - "Basic maps are included" card (Included badge) — always shown. - "Full-Quality Regions" card, dismissible (x); state persisted, so a returning user gets a compact "Show" row instead. Informational only (no install action). - Amber "Rebuild the full maps" card -> the layers & quality chooser (the previous single action), with Heavy / Offline build tags. - Section labels, footer note, and a pinned "Continue" that leaves with basic maps (pops the maps sub-flow back to the Get More hub). Behaviour of the maps install flow is unchanged; the only new state is the persisted FQR dismiss flag. New pill/card drawables; strings translatable=false (l10n later).

Reworks the Maps landing (Get More / wizard content step) into the v3 layout.
The maps install flow is unchanged; the only new state is the persisted FQR dismiss flag. Adds pill/card drawables; strings are translatable="false" pending the l10n pass.
