Add Xquik X Actors and repair the lockfile

Summary

• Add Xquik X Tweet Scraper to the X/Twitter index.
• Add Xquik X Follower Scraper to the same index.
• Preserve every existing Actor entry.
• Add the required Xquik independence notice.
• Restore 5 missing cross-platform optional lock entries.

The lock repair makes npm ci work with Node 24's npm.

Validation

• All 5 bundled skills pass the skill validator.
• npm ci --ignore-scripts passes.
• npm run check passes.
• npm run build passes.
• npm ls --all passes.
• npm audit --audit-level=low reports 0 vulnerabilities.
• Both Actor Store listings return HTTP 200.
• git diff --check passes.
