Require UNOMI_ROOT_PASSWORD and UNOMI_HEALTHCHECK_PASSWORD at startup, treat the profile cookie as the public profile bearer, default HttpOnly, restrict groovy/router REST to system administrator, and gate merge and updateProperties for untrusted callers. Includes unit and IT coverage.
