[CI][Python] AMD64 Conda Python 3.8 Pandas 1.0 is failing on some PRs due to out of disk space

We have started to see some failures on the AMD64 Conda Python 3.8 Pandas 1.0 job on some PRs:

It seems is due to out of space:

You are running out of disk space. The runner will stop working when the machine runs out of disk space.
