The star history chart was no longer rendering because the upstream image host is subject to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Point the chart at the alternative star history service so the chart displays correctly again.

The star history chart in the README is currently broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions on the service it used. This MR switches the chart image to an alternative star history service that relies on a different data source, requires no API token, and serves the chart from the same domain as its frontend. This restores the star history chart in the README.
