Updating oxc-parser to 0.156.0 while leaving @oxc-parser/binding-wasm32-wasi and @oxc-project/types at 0.150.0 causes type mismatches and potential runtime errors. The 0.154.0 release of oxc introduced breaking changes to the AST and comment attachment storage. To prevent compilation and runtime issues, update @oxc-parser/binding-wasm32-wasi and @oxc-project/types to 0.156.0 as well.

Updating oxc-parser to 0.156.0 while leaving @oxc-project/types at 0.150.0 in devDependencies causes TypeScript compilation errors due to breaking AST changes introduced in oxc v0.154.0. Update @oxc-project/types to 0.156.0 to match the parser version.
