Update libgpiod utils usage, add extensive GPIO usage with Fast Frequency Hopping, going through the new adi,gpio-quick-config to set the quick profile, how to overwrite the mapping, how to check current gpio consumers, and test ADI_APOLLO_NCO_CHAN_SEL_DIRECT_GPIO (mode 3).
