Long bar chart category names could spill into neighboring columns. Constrain labels to their column widths and truncate with an ellipsis, while preserving full names in hover and accessible readings and keeping action menus usable.
Adds regression coverage for long labels with and without actions at desktop/mobile widths in light and dark themes.
Validation:
bun run checkpassed with Bun 1.4.4 and Node 24.18.0 (1,028 tests), including package and starter checks.Before and after
