* fix(aidd-context): load the project memory block in Claude Code The block was delimited by a bare `<aidd_project_memory>` tag on its own line. Markdown treats that as an HTML block running to the next blank line, and the context loader skips `@` imports inside one exactly as it skips a fenced code block. The memory bank never loaded, and nothing reported it: a session started, looked normal, and reasoned without it. Delimit the block with HTML comment markers, which close on their own line, and keep a blank line on each side of the content so the shape also holds under a parser that treats any line opening with `<` as a block. Context files still carrying the old tag are migrated on the next run; without that they stop matching, are skipped with no output, and stay unloaded. The migration matches markers that own their line, outside any code fence, so the tag quoted in an upgrade note is never mistaken for the block. A file left holding one marker without its pair can never be filled, so it now says so instead of being skipped in silence. Add `scripts/check-context-imports.js`, which fails when an import sits inside an HTML block, and cover both it and the hook with `node --test`. The hook is exercised as a subprocess rather than imported: the CLI copies it into the user's project, so a project declaring `"type": "module"` decides how it is parsed, and CommonJS syntax in it would crash the hook on load. One test pins that. Both test files run in lefthook's pre-commit, which is what `validate.yml` replays, so a fork PR or a `--no-verify` push is gated too. A rewrite had already reverted this fix once. The splice for the new markers kept the old substring search, so a `<!-- aidd_project_memory:end -->` quoted inline in prose above the block became the cut point: prose split open, imports written into it, real block left stale. The own-line, outside-a-fence rule the migration already used now covers every marker pair, the README index included. Fence tracking truncated the opener to three characters, so a ``` inside a ```` example closed it early. A documented legacy block was then migrated and filled while the real one stayed on the old tag and unloaded, which is the failure this change exists to remove. The guard script added alongside it already compared fence lengths; the hook now does too. An unpaired marker was reported but the run still exited 0, so the sync action's "stop on a non-zero exit" never stopped. It now exits 1, but only when tools were named: the auto hook must not fail a session start over a file the user has yet to repair. Each defect has a test that fails on the previous commit.
