since helix-config-storage#336 and #338, saving a site config turns an api.aem.live content source into
{ "type": "sourcebus" }without a url.getSiteConfigonly looked at the url, so it reads those sites from da-admin:type: sourcebusnow reads as source bus. the url check stays for configs saved before that type existed.tested with the unit tests and a local run against the lookup stand-in answering
