Reviewed: one-line bump of the go.mod toolchain directive from go1.26.6 to go1.27.1. The go language directive (1.24.4) is untouched, CI resolves Go via go-version-file so no workflow pin needs changing, and both CI jobs are green. Go 1.27.1 was released ~2 weeks ago, which clears the 7-day soak window.
