Implement wifi.radio.ap_info for the Raspberry Pi port. When connected, it returns the connected network's SSID, BSSID, RSSI, channel, and authentication mode. It returns None if disconnected or if the CYW43 driver cannot retrieve the connection details.

Fixes #11030

Testing

  • make -C mpy-cross -j4 passed.
  • git diff --check passed.
  • Pre-commit passed EOF, trailing-whitespace, and codespell checks. Translation checks could not complete because cascadetoml was missing from system Python; formatting could not run because uncrustify is not installed.
  • Pico 2 W firmware build was attempted but blocked by the environment's GCC 13.2.1; this CircuitPython revision requires GCC 14 or newer. Retrying with the CI-pinned Arm toolchain.
  • Hardware run was unavailable because no board/serial device is attached.

Populate wifi.radio.ap_info with the connected SSID, BSSID, RSSI,
channel, and authentication mode on the Raspberry Pi port. Return None
when disconnected or when CYW43 cannot provide the connection details.
