Preserve authored reports, plans, and run artifacts with original bytes and committed sources in the canonical project archive. Remove child-repository copies and correct technical links and artifact-location guidance.
Repository overrides passed local checks but did not protect packed npm consumers: Stellar 16 pins vulnerable Axios. Stage public release candidates with vetted Stellar 16.3.0 dependency bundles and Axios 1.20.0; middleware includes its Stellar x402 subtree. Public manifests and consumers carry no overrides. Runtime source, ABI, and package versions remain unchanged. Retained candidates are unpublished; changed archives need new versions before npm publication.
Validation: clean local npm ci; mandatory verification with 381 tests; all original tarball branding, private-path and test-leakage checks; five bundled-graph dependency scans; combined and five minimal consumer scans, strict types, imports and CLI checks. Packed cross-copy checks cover class identities, XDR/transaction interchange, transaction/auth-entry/payload signatures, registry registration, and the durable-journal guard. Root verification retains one moderate smol-toml advisory below the unchanged high/critical stop.
Canonical verification and archive identities. Draft: independent Opus 5.5 exact-head review pending; no merge, npm publication, or deployment change.
