Remove the historical Rust contract from the SDK repository after preserving all 33 tracked files, unchanged, in ackrate/ackrate-protocol-contracts#2. It differs from both the maintained composite variant and deployed Mainnet V2; existing canonical contract documentation remains the deployment reference. The redundant source-of-truth document was removed at the owner’s request.
Move all seven security Markdown records to
docs/security/and fix incoming and internal links. Remove the SDK repo's Rust release workflow. Keep the requiredmandate-registry (Rust)status by testing the preserved crate from the contracts repository at pinned revision02b673d1bb678e19c2c40e6afe7ccf75c61b6d65. The Testnet helper now requires an explicit external contracts checkout and rejects non-Testnet passphrases.Validation: complete SDK verification (build, strict types, tests, branding, zero dependency vulnerabilities); relocated Rust formatting/clippy and 53 tests; actionlint; changed Markdown links; fail-closed deployment-helper checks. Live Mainnet RPC at ledger 64656887 and the downloaded release artifact match SHA-256

Inspected reapp.ackrate.com links already target existing V2 evidence and remain HTTP 200.Merge the contracts PR first. Independent Claude Code Opus 5.5 reviewed the migration; final review approved exact protocol revision
