It says the CLI provisions a free account on its own but paying for more needs a human, and that an agent with no key and no human can buy credits at agents.zenrows.com over x402, MPP or a card and call Fetch and Extract over HTTP (Batch and Browser Sessions still need a zenrows.com account), with the docs link.Facts come from the live storefront (
