…tings - The menu cursor steadying is kept per choice: the webcam and the Xbox 360 Kinect start at 8 mm again (menu_steady_radius), a Kinect v2 starts off (menu_steady_radius_v2). The slider edits the chosen camera's. - A Kinect v2 standing in for the Xbox 360 choice (an old camera=kinect) gets the launcher's v2 view and tuning, Recompiled by default, instead of the game's own fallback (Simulated). - A saved camera=picture, no longer offered, reads as off at once instead of only after the camera page was drawn. Follow-ups to #231, as decided by the maintainer:
menu_steady_radius, the old default); a Kinect v2 starts off (menu_steady_radius_v2). The slider edits the chosen camera's value, so changing one doesn't change the other.camera=kinectwith a Kinect v2. When the Xbox 360 choice finds no v1 and a v2 stands in, the game now gets the launcher's v2 view and tuning (Recompiled by default) instead of its own fallback (Simulated).camera=picturenow reads as off right away, instead of only after the camera page was opened.Tested: Windows build + ctest 178/178 (one SDK skip), with new
launcher_settingschecks for each case.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
