YourSitee Bug Tracker

The official public bug tracker for YourSitee.

Use this repository to report reproducible technical problems affecting YourSitee websites and services. This repository does not contain the YourSitee source code and is not used for feature requests, general support, or sensitive security disclosures.

Report a bug

Before opening a report:

  1. Search existing issues to avoid duplicates.
  2. Confirm that the problem affects a feature that already exists.
  3. Try to reproduce it and note the exact steps.
  4. Remove passwords, tokens, payment details, private messages, personal information, and other sensitive data from screenshots, logs, URLs, and descriptions.
  5. Make sure the report is not a sensitive security vulnerability.

A useful report includes clear reproduction steps, the expected and actual result, browser and device details, relevant URLs, and screenshots or video when they help explain the problem.

What belongs here

You can report reproducible bugs affecting services operated directly by YourSitee, including:

  • The YourSitee dashboard
  • Public Sitees
  • Widgets and integrations
  • Account and profile features
  • Analytics
  • Appearance and layout
  • Subscription-related interfaces
  • Accessibility, performance, or browser compatibility
  • Other unexpected behavior on yoursit.ee and its subpages

What does not belong here

Please do not open an issue for:

  • Feature requests, product ideas, or design suggestions
  • General questions or account support
  • Documentation typos
  • Third-party services not operated by YourSitee
  • Automated scanner output without manual verification
  • Duplicate reports
  • Behavior that is working as designed
  • Sensitive security vulnerabilities

Feature requests belong in the #suggestions forum on the official YourSitee Discord. See the Feature Requests guide.

Security vulnerabilities

Do not disclose a vulnerability publicly when it could affect user data, account access, authentication, authorization, sessions, password resets, private information, or the availability or integrity of the platform.

Report sensitive or potentially sensitive vulnerabilities privately:

After submitting

The YourSitee team may confirm the issue, request more information, add labels, link a duplicate, accept the report, or close it as incomplete, out of scope, not reproducible, or working as intended.

Please watch the issue for follow-up questions. Do not close the issue yourself after submitting it; the YourSitee team will close it once it has been resolved or otherwise handled.

Bug XP and recognition

Valid and helpful reports may receive Bug XP, badges, perks, or another form of recognition. Recognition is not automatic and may depend on severity, impact, reproducibility, report quality, technical detail, whether the issue was already known, and how much the report contributed to resolving the problem.

The first person to mention a problem is not automatically guaranteed recognition. A later reporter may also qualify when their report provides substantially clearer evidence or the information needed to reproduce and fix the issue.

Learn more in the Report Bugs guide.

Tester Squad

Members of the invite-only YourSitee Tester Squad should continue using the internal issue tracker for regular reports. Sensitive security vulnerabilities must still be reported privately through the security channels above.

By submitting an issue, you agree to follow the reporting and responsible testing rules described in this repository and the YourSitee Help Center.
