cli-core 0.384.0 makes every typed date filter report how it read the date: meta.timezone (only when a value had no zone) and meta.window with the UTC bounds (WC-TIME-3, WC-TIME-5). It requires cli-base >=0.49.0 <0.50.0, so cli-base moves from 0.48.0 to 0.49.0. docs/commands.md is regenerated with pnpm generate: chat records gained two fields and message records one, from cli-core 0.381.0 to 0.383.0.
