docs(security): no count above the send-guard table - #745

Fixes the max-cli item the docs-site update found:
docs/security.mdsaidmaxchecks «четыре вещи» above a table with five checks plus the journal row. It now says it checks everything in the table, with no count. The colon before an unrelated sentence is a full stop now.Testing:
