Studio links to /features/schedule-publish from the Schedule publish dialog and the Scheduled publishing manager; the page did not exist (Weaverse/builder#2652).

Fixes the 404 behind Studio's scheduled-publishing help links (Weaverse/builder#2652).
features/schedule-publish.mdx: schedule current page/theme settings, schedule a previous version, manage/edit/publish-now/cancel, troubleshooting.docs.jsonunder Content Management.Path matches the URL Studio already links to, so no app change is needed for the link itself.
