Please add switching Layers

This program is exactly what I was looking for!

I'd like to ask if you might add the ability to also enable/disable OpenXR Layers?

I'm also not quite sure why it won't detect the other runtimes, which are configured in the registry?

I honestly don't know what exactly the layers would be, or if it's simple to toggle them. I unfortunately do not have any VR Hardware anymore to test around.

Regarding the registry, it was one of the initial reasons why i made this program, because most of them did not even registered in the registry as they are supposed to. I think back then oculus was the only one in registry and the others did not even know this exists. Valve then told me months later that they now use the registry as well but i did not felt like changing the code, as many at this point still not used it anyway.

I might add detection via registry at some point, but currently i am a bit busy with reallife.
If you can code or want to get into it, feel free to work on it and rerelease or submit a pull request.
