VCore Academy is an educational preview for students and instructors. Studio organizes projects and requests operations; Native Container controls authorized execution. The private Core is not distributed here.
Institutional distribution is not yet approved. This repository currently publishes documentation, not a new software release. Older demos and download instructions were removed from the current tree to avoid confusing them with the protected local review. Git history is retained; previously public material has not become secret.
Local Windows reviews exercised three encrypted engines and authenticated evidence export. Application translations, durable classroom provisioning and a Native-only student workflow remain incomplete. Linux/cloud acceptance is separate. ENGINEERING_READY_FOR_CLOUD=false.

Students can request 90 days of free academic access to Pulse IA Monitor. VoigtCore reviews requests and supplies the licence and activation instructions through direct contact; the page does not issue licences automatically. Pulse access does not release the Native and Studio institutional kit, which remains in preparation.
Temporal Structural Computing is Rafael Felippe Voigt's research proposal. The Structural Evolution Cycle (SEC) organizes its conceptual path: structure, state, event, trajectory, persistence, identity, memory, evidence, digital capital and structural knowledge. Structural identity describes observed continuity; cryptographic signatures verify authenticity and integrity. Publication alone does not establish independent validation of the proposal.
