Updates the vc-theme-b2b-vue prerelease package pointer in
theme/artifact.jsonfrom the PR 2336 build to the PR 2367 build (2.53.0-pr-2367-b869-b869a9ff).This is an automated CI change so the VCST QA deployment pulls the frontend theme produced by vc-frontend#2367; no application code in this repo changes.
