Carries the Avalonia 12.1.1 -> 12.1.3 update and the MVVM / dependency- injection patch bumps merged from Dependabot (#48), which change the shipped app but landed on main still stamped 1.4.1 - the version of an already-published release. The changelog entry lists the upstream fixes that touch areas PCEdit uses. The test-tooling update (#55) needs no entry; it does not affect the app.

The v1.4.2 entry lists only upstream Avalonia fixes in areas PCEdit uses: the
ListBoxghost-items fix (the Inventories list is a virtualizedListBox), the theme-switch crash fix (the app follows the OS theme), and font-fallback fixes (the CJK locales rely on OS font fallback). It doesn't claim any of those bugs were seen in PCEdit. It also says there's no new runtime dependency and no change to the minimum OS.
