What this PR does / why we need it:
Following typos, grammar fixes:
Grammar: subject-verb agreement ("Here are some ideas", "every key combination", "searches by two characters", "which includes surrounding spaces"), "go to" and "walk through" as verbs, and sentence fragments in the input-method examples.

Typos: "derectly" -> "directly", "VS Code Insider" -> "Insiders".

Also fixes two broken README examples spotted along the way: the vim.digraphs default value was missing its closing brace, and the w remapping example used "leader" instead of "".
