Adds fixed-destination HTTPS log reporting through mod:postLog and bounded native Android/iOS HTTP adapters. Logs use the existing GET handle ownership and worker quotas, preserve raw bytes or a bounded JSON envelope, refuse redirects and suppress server response bodies.

This draft is stacked on the existing GET #199 and background-download #237 commits; those prerequisites are reused unchanged. The new implementation starts at 9fb0208f. The focused diff against #237 excludes the fork's asset, job, step and other unrelated integrations. Rebase after the prerequisites land.

Validation: 47 log checks, 30 native-wire checks, 15 queue checks, 14 network-permission checks, 22 production Swift and 18 Java protocol checks, and iOS typecheck. The composed candidate passes 69/79 engine suites with the same 10 pre-existing failing suites and exactly the same 27 failure lines as baseline 13af468b; SDK 3/3 passes. Real local TLS and final Android/iOS compilation are separate gates; physical mobile TLS, suspension and Switch runtime support remain open. Full unchanged-mod gameplay is not established.

Physical worker retirement follow-up

Update head8e015af6 adds actual response acknowledgements and cold-start/publication barriers to the owned-loopback fixture. Physical queue credits remain occupied after logical cancellation until their real worker response; the test now waits for earlier jobs and explicitly proves exactly one credit returns on physical retirement. Production transport, queue/request bounds and the original45-second external fixture deadline are unchanged.

Independent qualification of older composed source d8c7deb: the actual official LOVE11.5 macOS TLS/GET/POST/file-worker fixture passes1521checks/595pump ticks in6.98seconds. All134regular runtime files were compared with the official archive byte-for-byte. The installed storage helper owns only process/storage instrumentation; Lua assertions, real worker responses and transport behavior remain unchanged. See docs/native-download-worker-retirement.md. This does not claim all remote sprite packages, selected actor art, GPU or release acceptance.

Coalesce progress through channels and serialize accepted cancellation against the worker publication claim. Slow rename/metadata operations cannot run from poll; refused late cancellation cannot roll back a completed transfer. Exercise slow publication with the real worker and reject filesystem IO in poll.
