[a11y][MultiComboBox]: Incorrect selected state announcement on input

Bug Description

When a user types a letter into the MultiComboBox input the SR announced "Selected" even though the user has not yet selected an input value from the suggestions. This is a misleading selection state announcement.

The Selected state should only be announced when the user has selected the input suggestion.

1. Issue can be reproduced on the current webcomponents playground
   
2. Turn on JAWS 2026 SR and navigate to the combobox input
3. Type 'A'
4. notice that the SR announces "Selected" before the user has selected any tokens
   ...

When a character matching an item value is typed into the input field, the first matching item is autocompleted. In this case, “selected” is announced, even though the item has not actually been selected. According to the specification, this is the expected behaviour. However, we should discuss it further with the accessibility experts and analyse whether this announcement could be misleading to users.
