fix(latex): keep letter-delimited verb and url spans whole - #515

A space after \verb, \verb*, \Verb, or \spverb is not the delimiter. \url, \path, and \nolinkurl keep a non-brace delimiter as one span. Braced arguments stay on the generic command path, and a following sentence still splits.
The CI formatter reorders use groups. The local edition 2021 invocation did not.
