Frontend review fixes: contrast, landmarks, skip link, motion

Why: the frontend review found the primary CTA unreadable in dark mode and several a11y gaps.

Value: WCAG AA contrast in both themes, landmarks and skip link on every page, keyboard-reachable tooltip, reduced-motion respected by JS scrolls.

Contrast (before -> after):

• Primary button, dark: white on #4AB5C4 2.41 -> #09090B on #4AB5C4 8.24 (hover 9.94)
• Primary button, light: white on #0D8A98 4.11 -> white on #0B7A87 5.06 (hover #0A6F7B 5.88)
• --ac-text light: #0D8A98 on #F7F7F5 3.83 -> #0A7482 5.11
• --tx-2 light: #9A9AA8 on #F7F7F5 2.59 -> #6B6B78 4.90 (white 2.78 -> 5.3)
• --tx-2 dark: #4C4C56 on #09090B 2.35 -> #84848F 5.38 (on #111115 4.7 -> 5.09)
• Footer contact link opacity 0.6 removed.

Also: skip link, main landmark on ThankYou/NotFound, scroll helper honoring reduced motion, split ScrollToTop effects, hover tooltip also on focus, nav aria-labels, theme toggle name, trailingSlash false, docs refreshed (stale reduced-motion/CSP claims, em dashes, design-system tokens).

Left: lazy routes, Tailwind direction, tests/axe, shell OG, robots, vercel.live, Bun pin (suggestions needing a decision).

ToDo:

• Light and dark: buttons, footer, fine print look right
• Tab from page top: skip link appears and jumps to main
• Tab to hero underlined phrase: tooltip shows
• OS reduced motion: nav/CTA scrolls jump, not glide
• /product/ redirects to /product
