fix: describe the whole repost check in the crosspost reply - #95

The reply only mentioned the URL search and the image/video posts made since the suggestion. It now also mentions the all-time search for crossposts, the Phase 1 comparison with the newest posts from before the suggestion, and the top posts of the past year and of all time. Updated in every locale. Before: the crosspost reply said "I looked through r/X for posts with the same URL. I also looked through all N image posts made in r/X in the last D days and checked for duplicates of this image. None were found." That leaves out the "other discussions" (crosspost) check, the Phase 1/2 comparison with the newest posts from before the suggestion, and the top posts of the past year and of all time that Phase 3 also compares.
After: "To prevent reposts, I searched all of r/X for posts with the same URL and for crossposts of this post. I also compared this image with all N image posts made in r/X in the last D days, with the newest ones from before then, and with its top image posts of the past year and of all time. None matched." The partial-scan and video variants say the same. Updated in all 7 locales.
