For the visualization, the left side of the reactions (source metabolites) is set to one and the normalization now only occurs on one side.
NEW: Added warning if a left or transport goes to and from the same phase. UPDATED: Tests adapted to the changes in reaction scaling for transportation.
If a match is absent loop continues and reports the non matched reaction
