* chore: release v0.30.0 * Improve v0.30.0 changelog and bump columnar to 0.13 Reorganize the 0.30.0 changelog into Breaking / Added / Other, documenting the opt-in spill-to-disk feature (#789, #791) and Registry::names (#795) that the auto-generated notes omitted. Bump the columnar dependency to 0.13. Guessing the names of timestamp types was annoying, so we add a method to print the names currently held.
