Pins core v0.65.0 (control-plane protocol 41). No Lite release: dev only.

• What comes with the core release: about 75% less processing per large request and no stalls behind them, forwarded bodies that keep the client's key order, body clean-up that no longer empties the current day, sessions older than the newest 500 opening again, indexed session and route queries, and kqueue file watching on macOS (the client-config watcher no longer wakes for every change in the home folder: 105 → 4 wake-ups per idle 30 s).
• Dry run: each load-balance candidate's share now comes from core (DryRunCandidate.share, computed by the same code the router uses); the copy of core's maths in routing/model.ts (balanceShares) is removed. Members sitting the round out (tripped, cooling down, concurrency full) show no share.
• Conversation view: keeps the turns core reports as settled and asks only from there (from_turn = settled_turns), instead of refetching the whole multi-MB transcript on every new turn; falls back to the whole transcript when the tail no longer fits (askFrom, extendTranscript, tested).
• tw-api.ts regenerated; tw-scan comments updated for kqueue; the screenshot mock answers from_turn.

Checks: pnpm typecheck, pnpm test (932), pnpm build; cargo fmt --check, cargo clippy --all-targets -D warnings, cargo test (897, control-plane tests against a twcore 0.65.0 built from the tag).
