Currently we generate the graph serialization as split files.

TheBIPM/SI_Digital_Framework#26 suggests that some users would find it useful to have the whole graph in one single file.

This proposal generates "sirp_full.ttl" and "sirp_full.jsonld" alongside the splitted serializations.

Thank you Frédéric! This is really nice. Probably we could explore exposing this file somewhere in a si-digital-framework.org subpage so people can directly import it from the url.
