docs(expo): add EAS Update Hermes source-map guide - #820

Document per-update releases, device bundle names, and the approved CI upload workflow. Add guide discovery and reverse links, update the advanced reference, and correct React Native ErrorUtils handler documentation.
Record hosted Android symbolication verification with a real EAS Build and two EAS Updates, including the basename and stripped-map upload script. Keep iOS explicitly untested and remove the Limits heading punctuation.

Use the exact Android EAS Update test-app frames and label their origin. Describe dashboard error-count alerts in plain language, including related links. Replace inline TechArticle metadata with the shared four-step HowTo helper and add the Home breadcrumb. Preserve the screenshot placeholder, code samples CODE_1 through CODE_5, and existing iOS caveats.

No production data was changed, and no source-map deletion/rotation was implemented (#817 remains backlog).
