Trajectory. Four of the nine carried good first issue — three in July and one
on 4 August, spanning the opening nineteen days. Both backend PRs came later:
#1447 (a stale async state that
hung semantic search) and
#1464 (serial indexing made
parallel). Getting from the first merge to the indexing work took thirty-two days.
