Summary
The Tabularis app is gaining a new
explaindriver capability flag: the Visual EXPLAIN button (SQL editor and notebook cells) is now shown only for drivers that declare EXPLAIN support in their manifest. Built-in drivers (PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, SQLite) declare it; plugins opt in viamanifest.json.This PR documents the new flag:
explainrow to the capabilities reference table.
