docs: refresh MCP and connection docs for 0.85.0 - #178

- Document the private MCP socket, handshake v3, read-only execution, and approval scope. Keep the local HTTP setup.
- Describe Python and rledger plugin controls, dump tool lookup, SSH commands, local sign-in consent, and explicit pgpass use.
- Update import field rules and share consent text across connection, import, and sync pages. Set the documented PluginKit ABI to 42.
- Checked against app main at 473e04994, including merged chore(release): v0.85.0 TablePro#4033 and fix(mcp): route destructive writes through confirmation TablePro#4029. Read commits 9ce0cff27, 02a838530, 726a16754, and c36567b3a.
- Passed npm run validate, npm run broken-links, npm run a11y, check-writing-style.sh, check-docs-against-source.py, and check-links.py. Source checks used an app main copy inside this worktree.
