Documents TableProApp/TablePro#4019. Merge after it.

  • Filtering: an edit waits for Apply or Enter, and a page turn, sort, refresh or count reruns the filter that last ran.
  • Filtering, Raw SQL: a raw condition must be one condition, with the refusal message and the rows left as they were; the Warning now covers syntax past that check; the column picker keeps the typed text across switches; etcd, DynamoDB, Memcached, Weaviate, InfluxDB and Kafka have no raw row.
  • Filtering, Case sensitivity: picking another operator returns Match Case to that operator's usual setting.
  • Data files: a preset row the file cannot run, raw SQL or a missing column, is refused with "This file cannot filter rows with these conditions."
  • Kafka, Limitations: the filter bar cannot filter a topic, with what to use instead.

Checked against the PR branch: check-writing-style.sh, check-links.py --app and check-docs-against-source.py --app pass, as do mint validate, mint broken-links --check-anchors --check-redirects and mint a11y.
