docs: record fleet Pages examples support as a roadmap candidate#24

Add the Option-2 convergence target: fleet examples discovery in the meta-repo build_site.py + an Examples grid in template.html.j2, so the shared template reads this repo's gallery.json schema directly and the local gallery (scripts/build_gallery.py + docs/gallery/) is retired.
