* docs: add contributor on-ramp (CONTRIBUTING + issue templates)

Packages the bar the project already holds itself to into something a
first-time contributor can read: setup, the merge gates verbatim (tsc, the
nine check scripts, clippy -D warnings, cargo test), why golden stays local
and billed, and the architecture invariants translated out of CLAUDE.md.

Issue templates for bug / feature / adapter request. The bug template asks
the foreign-hook question up front since that is the most common silent
ingestion failure; the adapter template requires a structured event source,
which filters requests that would violate invariant #1 at intake.

* docs: update UI screenshot and strip its embedded metadata

The new screenshot carried an XMP packet from the editor that exported it:
author name, Canva document/user/brand identifiers, and an ad-attribution
block with a UUID. Also an eXIf chunk. None of that belongs in a public repo.

Filtered at the PNG chunk level (kept IHDR/pHYs/IDAT/IEND) rather than
re-encoding, so the pixels are byte-identical and there is no requantization.
