Bumps <Version> to 1.0.0 and promotes the [Unreleased] CHANGELOG section to [1.0.0] — 2026-08-21. No public API changed: 1.0.0 is a stability commitment over the 0.3.0 surface (SplashScreen, SplashOptions, SplashColors, SplashTagline), following SemVer from a 1.0 baseline, released with the accumulated standards-conformance work merged since 0.3.0.
