Adds the World Clocks plugin for StreamController 1.5.0-beta.16.

Searchable by country, major city, US state, region, and IANA timezone
Automatic daylight-saving handling
12-hour and 24-hour formats, optional date, and automatic label sizing
Offline operation with no additional Python dependencies
