Register kk in byLang + flagsMap (🇰🇿) and add core/texts/kk.ts (Cyrillic, informal сен). About/verify/widget blocks kept in English for TextKeys parity, as other locales do. AI-assisted draft, LOW CONFIDENCE — drafted with no Kazakh-reading author and no existing kk file to anchor against. Needs thorough native review.
