Phone users now enter a swim before seeing estimates. Both native apps start with a blank time and an explicit example action, show all three course equivalents together, and keep logging an actual performance separate from exploring a conversion. Wider and folding workspaces retain native split layouts and active time entry.

Calculation details compare NCAA and Colorado for the selected destination, label the gap as a method difference, and explain the selected formula and source in native grouped sections. The compact turnmark toolbar, platform controls and shared semantic colors remain intact. Current actual-build screenshots replace older home/result captures; historical reviews are marked clearly.

Validation: 21 iOS cases (6 unit/storage, 15 UI), 24 Android instrumentation cases, and light/dark screenshot inspection. Settling the iOS test helper's rotation geometry reduces that case from 452 seconds to about 25 seconds without removing its focus/typing assertions. Physical-device and VoiceOver/TalkBack review remain release checks.

Altitude controls are a separate in-progress follow-up; these apps still use the entered time without altitude adjustment in this change. No numerical formulas, package versions, cloud storage or release signing change.

Superseded by #31, which includes this native changeset plus shared altitude settings and the correction for the hosted scroll-helper failure after closing a sheet. Follow #31 for the integrated checks and merge; no changes from this PR are being dropped.
