What changes?
NCAA remains the default. A quiet Conversion method setting adds documented Colorado Timing / TeamUnify formulas across web, iOS, Android, widget and MCP. The Rust core owns all formulas and coverage; original-swim standards/points remain unchanged. Web/native drafts and shared comparisons retain the chosen method, and old links/records retain NCAA.
Adds a collapsible Swimming resources section with SwimSwam’s converter, Swim Standards, USA Swimming Data Hub and time standards, Swimcloud, USMS and World Aquatics. The roadmap withdraws general logger, expanded PB, cloud and coach-feature plans. Model research is isolated in draft #24, with the Menlo paper and synthetic fixtures only.
Prepares SDK/core 0.2.0 and MCP 0.3.0 source; no npm publication. MCP uses a new immutable 0.3.0 resource URI. Its development checks explicitly report the unpublished SDK dependency; release checks require the exact registry dependency before publishing MCP.

SportsEngine Motion / TeamUnify formulas, USA Swimming teams section, August 6, 2026 edition; checked October 19. The canonical snapshot includes the source fingerprint. Direction-specific distance exceptions are preserved; no cross-course 100 IM formula is inferred.
Examples: 58.32 SCY 100 free → 1:06.33 LCM; 2:00 SCY 200 fly → 2:16.00 LCM; 5:00 SCY 500 free → 4:27.75 LCM and 5:33.00 SCM. These reproduce this documented formula set; historical converter implementations may differ. Complete methodology.
