  • Update to Ubuntu 26.04 LTS (Resolute)
    • Requires some changes to the Dockerfile since the base image we were using has disappeared.
    • Replace MIPS with S390x as the big-endian toolchain. MIPS is no longer supported.
  • Update GCC ARM
    • Remove 10.x
    • Add 15.x
    • Retain 13.x
  • Remove Firefox
  • Update JLink
  • Update CMake
  • Remove TI CGT
  • Install IAR-compatible fork of CCache
  • Remove Structurizr CLI -- Sphinx-based build doesn't require this
  • Add UV
