This PR introduces the new Base Models experience to the fAIr frontend:
Implements the
/base-modelslisting page with search, task/category filters, date sorting, and grid/table layout toggle (including mobile filters).Adds the base model detail page, including STAC-to-UI mapping, metadata sections, README markdown rendering, and model extent map.
Wires new routes, shared UI content, and assets (homepage CTA and base model CTA image).
Fetches base models and individual model details from the STAC API, including mapping helpers and types.
Adds comprehensive unit tests for list filtering/sorting/layouts, STAC mapping utilities, and base model UI components.
